Cancellation Guidelines
- To cancel a recently placed order, you must contact us via Email within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once we verified your order is not processed or shipped, the cancellation request will be processed. A refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days.

If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund.
