- Attach the pictures to your email and send it.
Once we receive your request, our team will review the issue within 24 hours and provide you with a return address. If you meet criteria for return, we will email you back with shipping label. You have to download and print it. After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your request within 3 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 to 14 banking days.
- Exchanges will be completed within 7 to 14 business days.
When Are Returns & Exchanges Not Eligible?
