We offer free shipping around the world. Handling time is 2-3 days, We deliver the products within 5 to 7 working days to the given address of the client. We use reliable and fast courier services for the delivery of products like DHL and FedEx. If the products are available in warehouses in the UK and USA, we can send the products through postal services. Royal Mail is famous in the UK, and USPS is suitable for the USA.

Import Duties and Taxes

We are not responsible for the payment of local taxes and import duties. The price of the products does not include any taxes. Return Procedure

If you need to return a product, you can contact us at support@wittydawg.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label (you need to download it) and instructions on how to return the package by mail. Customers will not have to pay return shipping costs. Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

There is no Restocking Fee.

Refund

Refund will made to your original payment method.

If you want to receive refund to another payment method, please contact with us so that we can refund that payment method. We don’t pay any extra fees other payment method, so any extra fees will deduct to the refund.

Once we receive your order and check it’s in original condition, a refund will be deposited into your account within 5 business days.

Depending on your bank, the refund may take some time to appear on your account.

Exchange

We offer exchange. But if any exchange products not available in stock the customer need to wait for re-stocking or customer can request for refund. If exchange products are available, customer must return the original item to us first. Once we received it, we will send you the exchange product. In this case, customer has to pay for return shipping cost.

Damage/Defective

Before shipping out, we check every product very carefully but sometime this thing happened by carrier. If you receive damage or defective products, try to reject or contact us within 5 days of the damage of defective items. We immediately take action. We will pay for return shipping cost

Cancellation

For cancellation any product, please contact with us within 24 hours. So that we immediately take action.

If packages are undelivered for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, we are not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise and the order will NOT be eligible for a refund. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.
